We want you to love every cup you brew with AeroPress, which is why we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all coffee makers and accessories purchased directly from our store. If you are not completely satisfied with your brew, you can return your items for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label to print and attach to your return package.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all components and filters are included to avoid any restocking fees.

  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse receives and inspects your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
